Performance Center
INPOWERiQ Performance Center is the new home of American Freedom Softball. The facility includes KONGiQ, the state of the art strength and performance training platform, a full recovery center, four indoor hitting cages, an indoor turf training area and two outdoor turf training areas.
INPOWERiQ provides an extensive player development opportunity for all American Freedom players. Along with the strength and performance training, players can also take advantage of KAMS assessments, speed and agility training, recovery, mental performance training and nutritional consultation. Softball instructors are certified Rapsodo instructors and offers hitting and pitching instruction and testing for participants.
The INPOWERiQ staff provides individual instruction in all skill areas for American Freedom players and players from all organizations. Along with private instruction, INPOWERiQ offers, metrics combines, instructional camps and coaches clinics.
American Freedom teams have access for team workouts. Individual AF players will have a membership to the facility which provides access to all the amenities.
